About 200 of his speeches, from 2002 to 2008, are available online at http://www.barackobama.com/speeches/index.php. Of particular interest to humanists, at http://www.barackobama.com/issues/faith/ there is a link to a June 2006 speech by Obama which the Washington Post says "may be the most important pronouncement by a Democrat on faith and politics since John F. Kennedy's Houston speech in 1960 declaring his independence from the Vatican".
