We’re well into planning for 2020. Here’s what we’ve got so far:

Atheist Lounges of 2020
The Atheist Lounge tackles a separate issue of interest to freethinkers on the last Thursday of each month (except preponed for holidays). This year we’ll be oscillating between Olive Garden locations on the east side (4320 East Towne Blvd., even-numbered months) and west side (7017 Mineral Point Road, odd-numbered months), in hopes that one of them will be closer to YOU at least half the time. People order food and drink at 7 PM, with short presentation (almost always with a 1-sheet handout) starting about 30-45 minutes thereafter, and plenty of open discussion after that, lively but moderated for orderliness.

Here's what is planned for 2020:

Jan. 30 • What Does It Take? (“The Star”, by Arthur C. Clarke)
Feb. 27 • Dissecting the 3 Big Arguments for God (the Ologicals)
Mar. 26 • A Natural End on a Natural Path (Farley Center)
April 30 • An Abecedarium of Mass Delusions
May 28 • Shadow Network
June 25 • The Summer of Our Lives: Evolution and Shagging
July 30 • Deathbird + Discussion (“The Deathbird”, by Harlan Ellison)
Aug. 27 • TBD
Sep. 24 • TBD
Oct. 29 • TBD
Nov. 19 • Post-Election Bull Session (no handout)
Dec. 17 • TBD

Anyone who’d like a copy of the handout for any of these should just ask for it by e-mailing RichardSRussell@tds.net.
